#screenless is a hypothetical campaign aimed at people 15-25yrs old. The goal of the campaign is to help people reduce their screentime. Excessive screentime has been proven to worsen mental health. This isn't helped by companies who know all the cognitive tricks to make their apps as addictive as possible.
The #screenless campaign intentionally avoids sounding like a belittling parent. Rather it focuses on trying to help people see the benefits of being more in control of your screen time. This is achieved using a "calm" visual style and video, tone-of-voice and other visual language.
